System Requirements

Software Requirements

  • Users must have Netscape® or Internet Explorer® as their browser. The AOL® and Firefox® browsers are not supported.
  • Users of Netscape® browsers must use versions 6.x or 7.x. A version can be downloaded for free from www.netscape.com.
  • Users of Internet Explorer® must use versions 5.0 or higher. A version can be downloaded for free from www.microsoft.com.
  • Acrobat® Reader® version 5.0 or higher must be installed on your computer to view PDF documents. A version can be downloaded for free from www.adobe.com.

Display Requirements

  • Our pages are designed to be viewed at a screen size of no less that 800 x 600.
  • The highest possible color setting should be used (32 bit recommended).
  • Your browser should be set to maximized viewing by clicking on the maximize button in the top right corner of the browser window.

Internet Connection

  • A 56k dial up modem connection is the minimum requirement for viewing our content. Internet conditions (i.e., heavy traffic, weather) adversely may affect the performance of any dial up connection.
  • A high speed connection (i.e., cable, DSL, LAN) is recommended.
