If you are a student, faculty member, or employee
at any of the schools/facilities listed below and wish to register
as a member of their group, you need a group code from the Group
Administrator at your school/facility. If you have not already
been given a Group Code, contact the Group Administrator by clicking
on the "Click Here to Contact Group Administrator" button. An
e-mail form will appear. Follow the directions on the page. If
you are authorized to join the group, the Group Administrator
will e-mail the Group Code or further instructions to you. Please
do not call HealthSoft for the Group Code; it can be provided
ONLY by the Group Administrator at your school/facility.
Once the Group Administrator
has given you the Group Code, you can join the group by clicking
here.
