Track Employee/Student Test Scores by Setting Up a Group
A school or healthcare facility can request that a group be created, which enables secure, administrative access to test scores for a specific group of students.
Who might be interested in forming a group?
- Educators or administrators who are responsible for immunization training for a group.
- Educators or administrators who need to track and document immunization competency skills for physicians, nurses, advanced practice nurses, physician assistants, pharmacists, EMTs, medical assistants, and others who either give immunizations or set policy for their offices, clinics, communicable disease, or infection control programs. This includes Tricare providers, providers of services to veterans, private and public healthcare providers, including pediatricians, family practice specialists, residents, medical students, nursing students, and paraprofessional health students.
What are the benefits of seting up a group?
- Your group administrator can view each group member's records
by accessing a group administration page designed just for your
school or facility. Records include the date the student completed
the course, the student's length of time in the course, the
student's answer to each specific question on the post test,
and the student's final score.
- Your group administrator can print out each student's records
for all modules and a summary list of all students' records
for each module.
